- All of our controllers are built-to-order. Modded controllers may take 1 to 3 business days to assemble prior to shipment. Shipping is via the Federal Express (Fedex). Items are packed well, insured, and require an adult signature upon delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are purchasing from outside of the United States, you are responsible for any additional import duties or taxes imposed by your government.
- Privacy & Security
- Viking Digital does not sell or buy your personal information. Viking Digital servers do not store financial information. Certain financial information may be securely transmitted to our credit card processing gateway via SSL (secure-socket layer) technology, using SSL certifications only from trusted US-based sources.
- Returns & Replacements
- Viking Digital does not accept product returns. However, we do provide a 6-month warranty on all retail products. Please open a support ticket if you suspect your modded product needs a warranty repair. Our warranty covers modchip, modchip installation and manufacturer's defect in the controller. Warranty does not cover normal wear n' tear or abuse.
- Ordering
- Viking Digital only ships to your verified billing address, to protect ourselves and our customers from credit card fraud. FedEx does not ship to PO boxes. We will not make any exceptions to these two policies. Orders received prior to 4:00 PM begin processing the following day.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Viking Digital accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard or American Express through the world leading payment gateway Authorize.net. We also accept payments by PayPal.
- Viewing Orders
- If you created an account prior to checkout, your order status may be viewed on-line by logging into your account at the Viking Digital website.
- Updating Account Information
- If you created an account prior to checkout, your account information may be updated by you at any time by logging into your account at the Viking Digital website.
